

Tuscan-Very linear and axial in both plan
and elevation. The stone façade of this home is broken up by half-round
arches, deep-set windows, intricate iron detailing, and timber bracketed
balconies and rooflines. The defining roof is comprised of low pitches and
lofty eaves, topped with one of a number of barrel tiles types.
Spanish Colonial- Low pitched hipped roofs topped with
mission tile, extended to cover both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ornamented
by heavy wood shutters and timber detailing, this all-stucco façade
maintains a very linear appearance, broken up by an abundance of windows
and doors.
